4/04 Our new home - 1207 S. Higgins

It’s official.  We’re in our new office and we couldn’t be more excited.  It was a brutal move in below zero weather but we pulled it off despite having to take a hammer to the ice on the back of the UHaul to get the door open. Brrrr.  But Alisa and Mike showed off their superior moving skills and impressive muscles and we were out with the old and in with the new in no time.

Now we’re dangerously close to some of the best eating options in Missoula (Great Harvest, Café Dulce, El Diablo, Tagliare Deli, etc.) but still close to downtown and just a short walk to the University.  Getting settled took a bit longer but thanks immensely to these folks, we finally got the space to where we want it:

Laura Hibbs who painted the whole office including the beautiful, giant number “6” on our wall.

Kirk Eyer for being the best carpenter/woodworker ever. Kirk built our fabulous new table, which we love, love, love.

Suzie and Mark Estep for shopping, interior design, and reupholstering help – not to mention plant consulting, floral arrangements, and donating the beautiful tiles for our table.

Luke Childress for all the finishing touches.

And, of course, Mike for figuring out how to keep us wired and Alisa for masterminding things as usual.

So stop by and visit. The sign’s on the door, the water is in Emma’s bowl, and the couch is as comfy as ever.
